Personal Statement

I have a higher education in industrial electronics obtained from the Odessa National Polytechnic
University (FAOT). Since 1995, I have been working in the IT industry, gaining experience both as
an employee and as a manager at various levels, including owning my own company. For three
years, I led a team of developers ranging from 3 to 80 people. I have successfully completed several
major projects in Ukraine and collaborated with international companies.

In recent years, I have been living and working in the cities of Mykolaiv and Odesa. During this time, I have been actively involved in the creation and development of various communities, including:

• Mykolaiv IT Cluster
• Mykolaiv Web Community
• Javascript User Group Mykolaiv
• Official representative of PHP User Group Mykolaiv

Current Positions

• Since February 2023, I have been working as a Project Management Manager at LAB325.
  My main responsibilities include team building, creating technical specifications, project
  management oversight, and employee training.
• Since January 2018, I have been working as a lecturer in the “Software Development. Full
  Stack” department. I supervise diploma projects and also founded the Center for Innovative
  Technologies at the Mykolaiv branch of the Computer Academy “ITSTEP”.
